Wish I had seen your post pre-conference b/c I was there as well. Sounds like you enjoyed it as much as I did! Are you going next year?
ReplyDeleteAlso, I notice you live in Raleigh...I went to school at NCSU. Congrats on being veg*n in a really anti- veg*n environment (I'm thinking of the NCSU animal husbandry/agriculture program).
